1L Glass Heating Reaction Vessel Vacuum Emulsifier
This integrated system combines a 1-liter glass reaction vessel with a vacuum emulsifier, designed for small-scale, high-quality mixing, homogenizing, and chemical processing under controlled conditions.
The central component is a robust, borosilicate glass vessel offering excellent thermal shock resistance and chemical inertness. It is jacketed, allowing precise temperature control via an external circulator for heating or cooling. The vessel features a multi-opening lid to accommodate various accessories, including the emulsifier assembly, a vacuum port, feed inlets, and a condenser.
The core mixing action is provided by a high-shear emulsifier. Its rotor-stator generator, lowered into the vessel, creates intense mechanical and hydraulic shear forces, effectively reducing droplet and particle size to form uniform, stable emulsions, dispersions, or suspensions.
Operating under vacuum is a key capability. It deaerates products by removing entrapped air bubbles, prevents foaming during mixing, and facilitates reactions requiring an inert atmosphere or solvent removal.
This compact benchtop unit is ideal for research and development, pilot-scale production, and small-batch manufacturing in industries such as pharmaceuticals, cosmetics (creams, lotions), chemicals, and food technology. It enables precise process replication and scale-up studies in a safe, visible, and controllable environment.
